Shipping Policy

At Learning Esan, our goal is to provide our customers with the best learning resources for the Esan language. We offer both digital and hard copy books, and we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Digital PDF Books:

Our digital books are available for immediate download upon purchase. You will receive an email with a link to download your book(s) once your payment has been processed. There are no shipping fees for digital purchases.

Hard Copy Books:

For hard copy books, we offer two options: shipping or pickup.

Shipping:

We now offer shipping services to all parts of Nigeria, including both the northern and southern regions. When you proceed to checkout, you will see the shipping cost based on your location. Please note that we only ship on weekdays. It typically takes less than a week for your book to arrive; however, please allow up to 10 business days for your book to be delivered in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup:

If you live in Nigeria and prefer to pick up your book(s) yourself, you have the option to do so. This way, you won’t incur any shipping fees, and you can receive your books faster. We have two pickup locations for your convenience:

*Learning Esan Store:

Nature Capital Event Center, By 7up Company, No 21 Okhunmwum Road, Opposite Mouka Foam Factory, Iguosa Benin City.

*Wilson Bookshop:

No 38 Royal Market Road, Ekpoma.

Important Information:

We use reliable shipping companies to ensure your books arrive in good condition and in a timely manner.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or any customs or import duties that may apply to your order.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
